Tina Tictone's artistic career began with a degree in graphic design. Immersing herself in a multidisciplinary creative process, her work links painting to tapestry - notably through the use of tufting - expanding a personal pictorial vocabulary in which music remains ever-present.
Tina Tictone's work evokes sensations in search of balance. Sharing resonances both abstract and strongly rooted in figuration, her work establishes a shared universe - that of the Feminine and all the questions that accompany it. A mirror-work, it is the artist's own doubts and questioning of accepted stereotypes that are reflected in her multi-faceted works. This intimacy blossoms into a philosophy of encounters, particularly through travel, which unfolds in a universe imbued with secret meanings and symbols that can be glimpsed through the silhouettes.
His work has been exhibited in Paris, Cologne and Tel Aviv, and has joined the collection of the Montresso Foundation in Marrakech.
