Caroline Leseur is a self-taught artist who works in Paris.

After a classical education and studies in modern literature and contemporary history, she began a career in the film industry.

However, she has always been sensitive to all forms of artistic expression, and she now works on canvas and paper. 

His research is part of the current of geometric abstraction and represents a constant quest for balance between form, material and colour.

Both light and frame play an essential role in the creation of her compositions. Caroline aspires to ever greater fluidity and minimalism in form and gesture. Her collages are superpositions of colours that respond to each other like multicoloured roofs seen from the sky.
